This role is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and supportive environment where community members feel heard, valued, and connected.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with patients daily in our app—responding to posts, offering encouragement, and sharing helpful resources
- Monitor and moderate a private Facebook group, ensuring posts align with community guidelines and removing spam or inappropriate content
- Maintain a positive, respectful tone across all interactions while reinforcing community standards
- Identify and communicate emerging trends, common questions, and concerns to the internal team
- Collaborate on engagement strategies, including conversation prompts and community-building initiatives
Requirements - 2+ years of experience in community management, social media moderation, or online engagement
- Experience moderating Facebook groups and managing online communities
- Strong written communication skills with a friendly, empathetic, and responsive tone
- Ability to monitor and engage daily across app-based platforms and social media
- Detail-oriented with experience enforcing community guidelines and moderating content
- Ability to identify and report emerging trends, concerns, and common questions to the internal team
Nice to have:
- Experience in healthcare, patient support, or wellness-focused communities
- Familiarity with engagement strategies, such as conversation prompts and content planning
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a remote team
