Salary: $170K–$220K
 

A stealth-mode, mission-driven crypto company is hiring a DevRel/Ecosystem Lead to support key partners and help drive its developer and ecosystem strategy.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of money onchain, working at the intersection of product, engineering, marketing, and community. You’ll be the technical point of contact for partners integrating with our protocol, the owner of our developer docs and portal, and a key voice in product marketing and business development.

You should be a system builder with a product mindset — someone who thrives in early-stage environments, sees around corners, and is excited to create value in new and creative ways.

What You’ll Do

• Be the face of the protocol to developers. Represent the project to technical audiences across Web3 — speaking at events, writing content, running workshops, and building relationships with builders and decision-makers.
  
  

• Own developer content and experience. You’ll treat the docs site like your product. You’ll lead demos, produce technical content for social, and help craft an outstanding dev experience from the first line of code to production.
  
  

• Support partner integrations. Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and ecosystem partners, helping them successfully launch on the protocol.
  
  

• Inform product direction. Use your technical insight and partner feedback to guide roadmap decisions, contribute to QA and design, and ensure the protocol delivers what builders need.
  
  

What you’ll have:

• You’ve taken a DevRel function from zero to one — and ideally beyond — and know what it takes to scale.
  
  

• You’re an exceptional communicator and writer, able to explain complex systems in a compelling way.
  
  

• You’ve got strong product instincts, are growth-minded, and know how to pitch.
  
  

• You thrive in early-stage environments with ambiguity, hustle, and ownership.
  
  

• You’re comfortable with DevRel tools, GitHub workflows, documentation platforms, and can navigate technical conversations with confidence.
  
  

• You want to have real input into product strategy and are excited to grow into (or already have) PM-like responsibilities.

• You’ll have some experience within Web3 or a clear, demonstrated passion for the space

• Experience as an integration or implementation engineer
  
  

• An existing network of builders and potential partners
  
  

• A personal following or brand in the Web3 developer space
  
  

• Being a power user of onchain products
