What You’ll Do:

As our Email & SMS Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for leading and executing our retention marketing strategy across email, SMS, and direct mail. You’ll leverage Klaviyo, PostScript, and Stay.ai to create highly targeted, high-converting campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and loyalty.

• Own and optimize our email & SMS marketing strategy to maximize conversions, retention, and customer lifetime value.

• Build, segment, and analyze audiences to send the right message to the right customer at the right time.

• Develop automated Klaviyo flows & advanced segmentation strategies (e.g., abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP customer journeys).

• Write, edit, and optimize compelling, conversion-driven content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our audience.

• A/B test subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve performance.

• Monitor analytics and report on campaign performance, identifying opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with our creative team to ensure our emails & SMS align with brand aesthetics and messaging.

• Manage SMS and direct mail campaigns, ensuring seamless integration with our overall retention marketing strategy.

• A Klaviyo & PostScript expert who knows email/SMS marketing inside and out.

• A content queen/king—you write engaging, high-converting copy that makes people take action.

• A data-driven marketer who makes decisions based on analytics, not gut feelings.

• A growth-minded strategist who understands customer segmentation, triggers, and flows.

• A self-starter who owns their work and thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

• Passionate about clean beauty, sustainability, and natural products.

Must-Haves:

✔ 3+ years of experience in email, SMS, or retention marketing.

✔ Proven track record of driving revenue growth through email & SMS.

✔ Expert-level Klaviyo knowledge, including advanced segmentation, custom properties, and automation.

✔ Strong copywriting skills—you know how to write compelling subject lines, CTAs, and conversion-focused content.

✔ Experience with A/B testing, data analysis, and performance optimization.

✔ Familiarity with eCommerce, Shopify, and subscription-based models.

✔ A love for natural beauty and a deep understanding of our audience.
