3. Product Knowledge: Agents should have a thorough understanding of AO Globe Life’s insurance products, including term life, whole life, and other offerings.
4. Customer Service: Maintaining and building relationships with clients through follow-up, policy reviews, and support with claims and adjustments.
5. Compliance: Ensuring all sales practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
6. Training and Development: Staying updated with product knowledge, market trends, and sales techniques through ongoing training opportunities.

(This position is remote, but for licensing reasons, candidate must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, NL provinces or CA, WA, VA or IL States.
Please Note this is a position that requires you to be Life Licensed. If you are not licensed, we do offer a course through the company at a discounted rate. This is a work from home, commission plus bonus position. As a performance-based job, it gives you the opportunity to make as much as you care to work for.
