Location: Santa Rosa, California

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000 per year + benefits

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

About the Job:

We are actively seeking Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) who are passionate about providing high-quality, client-centered therapy via a fully remote telehealth platform. This position allows you to create your own schedule, work from anywhere within California, and focus on what you do best — helping individuals, couples, and families thrive.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Conduct remote psychotherapy sessions using a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
  • Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families managing a range of mental health challenges (anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, etc.).
  • Complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal care teams and refer clients to additional resources as needed.
  • Attend virtual team meetings, peer consultations, and continuing education opportunities as required.
  • Maintain professional standards of ethics and care in accordance with California BBS regulations.


Requirements
  • Active LMFT license in the state of California (Required).
  • Must reside in California and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred (pre-licensed therapists not eligible for this role).
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultural competency in treatment approaches.
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation.
  • Reliable internet connection and a confidential, private space to conduct sessions.
