Candidate Sourcing & Outreach (Primary Focus!)

  • Source and identify top candidates on LinkedIn using strategic search techniques and specific hiring criteria
  • Represent executives directly when reaching out to candidates through their LinkedIn accounts with professional, compelling messaging
  • Build and nurture candidate relationships through personalized communication and follow-up sequences
  • Conduct initial candidate screening to assess fit before presenting to hiring managers

Pipeline & Process Management

  • Manage the complete interview processβ€”scheduling, coordinating, and ensuring seamless candidate flow
  • Maintain our Ashby recruiting platform with meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive candidate tracking
  • Send timely candidate follow-ups and ensure no prospect falls through the cracks
  • Create detailed candidate profiles and present compelling cases to hiring managers

Strategic Problem-Solving

  • Adapt sourcing strategies quickly based on hiring manager feedback and market insights
  • Proactively identify process improvements and take initiative to enhance candidate experience
  • Think critically about talent market trends and adjust approach accordingly
