1. Prospecting & Lead Qualification:

  • Ability to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-potential leads.
  • Skilled in cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

2. Value-Driven Communication:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to craft personalized, persuasive messages.
  • Ability to connect leads' pain points with the client's capabilities

3. Objection Handling:

  • Expertise in addressing objections and moving leads to the next stage of the funnel

4. Data

Update CRM religiously

  • Proficiency in interpreting CRM data to identify trends and optimize efforts.

Advanced Technical Skills

1. Tech Savviness:

  • Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft)
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

2. Automation and Content Personalization:

Ability to use AI tools for

i. process automation

ii. crafting hyper-personalized outreach campaigns.

3. SEO/Content Knowledge:

  • Awareness of keyword targeting and how to align outbound with inbound efforts.
