Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Sales Representatives to find, contact, and onboard clients for xPay. Your focus will be targeted outreach through social media platforms, introducing our solution to businesses that face challenges with traditional payment processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Present the xPay solution clearly and persuasively to business owners.
- Build relationships to generate leads and close sales.
- Report feedback from clients and prospects to help refine the sales approach.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Requirements - Proven sales or customer outreach experience in the US market, preferably in payments, financial services, or related industries.
- Comfortable with direct outreach via social media.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-driven and target-oriented.
- Able to start immediately.
Preferred
- Familiarity with US-based grey area industries.
- Experience with start-up or pilot project environments.
