💼 What You’ll Do:

📌 Underwrite Complex Risks

• Evaluate applications for niche industries

• Set smart pricing and coverage based on nuanced exposures

• Work closely with brokers and clients to tailor solutions

🚀 Launch & Lead a New Program

• Design and build a niche insurance program from scratch

• Collaborate across marketing, ops, and claims to bring it to life

• Develop innovative coverage options that stand out in the market

🤝 Drive Broker & Client Engagement

• Promote the program with brokers and agents

• Host presentations and trainings

• Keep a pulse on market trends and competitors

📈 Optimize Program Performance

• Monitor profitability and underwriting results

• Adjust pricing and risk strategies as needed

• Report directly to leadership on key metrics and growth
