Be part of our client’s team as a Virtual Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional administrative support, driving business growth, and enhancing operational efficiency—all while mastering the art of multitasking in a fast-paced, global industry.

Shift: Regular Schedule (Mon-Fri, 7 AM-4 PM, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM SA Time; crossover to UK morning time)
Work Setup: Permanent Work from Home


Key Responsibilities You'll Own

General Administrative Support

  • Update contracts, maintain databases, and perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service support and manage communications.
  • Organize events, schedule appointments, and plan travel itineraries.
  • Create presentations and manage file storage applications.
  • Assist with personal and business requests as needed.
Business Development and Research
  • Conduct web research and write case studies.
  • Share relevant industry news articles with employees or executives.
  • Perform data mining and generate leads.
Finance and Bookkeeping
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
  • Manage software subscriptions and service purchases.
Training and Project Management
  • Collate and prepare training materials.
  • Track deadlines and deliverables for projects.
  • Social Media Management (Working in a Team)
  • Create and manage social networking accounts, develop plans, and schedule posts.
  • Promote pages, increase followership, and monitor analytics.
  • Respond to and moderate comments, messages, and requests.
  • Post videos to YouTube, manage playlists, and plan promotion strategies.
  • Manage social media applications and monitor link clicks.
  • Promote accounts through various marketing materials.
  • Identify appropriate marketplaces and manage listings on dropship platforms.
Email Marketing
  • Manage email marketing software, update lists, and compose and schedule emails.
  • Send follow-ups, proofread content, and report on campaign performance.
Digital Media and Design
  • Perform basic video and audio editing.
  • Edit images, integrate CRM tools, and assist with animation.
  • Design websites, infographics, and other digital materials.
SEO and Content Writing
  • Conduct SEO analysis and perform on-page and off-page optimization tasks.
  • Build backlinks and analyze competitors.
  • Manage Google Analytics and generate ranking reports.
Content Marketing
  • Write and edit newsletters, press releases, and SEO-optimized content.
  • Use marketing applications and report on content performance.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and relevant digital tools.
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software (e.g., Xero) and file storage platforms (e.g., Dropbox, Google Drive).
  • Experience in social media management, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools and strategies.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic and video editing tools.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with CRM and social media integrations.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and website design.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools such as Hootsuite and Bitly.
