Virtual Benefits Specialist

Job Type: Full-Time | Remote | Commission-Based
Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000 per year  

+ 3% equity, monthly and quarterly bonuses

🧭 What You’ll Do:

• Meet virtually with veterans and their families (no cold calls—appointments are set for you)

• Assess their needs and walk them through personalized benefit options

• Make the complex simple—guide them clearly and compassionately

• Keep records organized and ensure all standards are met

• Learn and grow through ongoing team training and mentorship
