As a Benefits Rep, you will interact with our clients virtually, providing them with detailed explanations of their private benefits insurance options. Responsibilities include:
- Conducting Remote Consultations: Meet with clients (virtually) to understand their financial goals, assess their needs, and provide information about different solutions.
- Providing Customer Service: Provide ongoing customer support to policyholders by addressing questions, assisting with policy changes, and helping with claims processing.
- Upholding Compliance and Documentation: Adhere to industry regulations and company policies by maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
