Qualifications for Functional NetSuite Consultant role:
- 3-5+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience
- Proven leadership in 5+ medium-sized implementations
- Solid understanding of core business processes
- Clear and confident communication skills
- Comfortable working in a client-facing role with both technical and functional stakeholders
- Expertise in multiple NetSuite modules ( Eg. ARM & Suite Billing)
- Strong background in finance/accounting, consulting and advisory services, general vertical-specific industry experience
Essential Duties for Functional NetSuite Consultant role:
- Analyze business processes, understand client requirements, and develop solutions based on best industry practices
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of the NetSuite solution for various customers
- Configuration and customization of our customer’s NetSuite instances
- Provide ongoing post go-live support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration
- Develop and contribute to data migration and/or system integrations
- Analyze business procedures and determine the appropriate modifications to be applied to the software
- Assist in the development of specifications, configure the system, oversee and deploy environment modifications
- Host meetings directly with clients to gather requirements, analyze situation and provide solutions
- Work in conjunction with programmers and project managers to coordinate efforts and meet deadlines, as well as providing a status of the work in progress and providing input to help adjust the planning
- Provide training to end users during the implementation phase when necessary
