Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to design, build, and optimize cutting-edge applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to exciting and innovative AI projects.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop advanced AI applications utilizing LLMs and RAG workflows

• Optimize and enhance AI models to improve performance, efficiency, and accuracy

• Implement scalable and secure GenAI solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality AI products

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

• Conduct research and experiments to drive innovation in generative AI

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI systems

What You'll Need

Required

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development

• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar

• Proven experience with LLMs and RAG workflows

• Deep understanding of deploying scalable, efficient, and secure GenAI solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• A passion for staying current with the latest trends in AI and machine learning

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
