As a Compliance Manager, you'll play a critical role in refund management, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and compliance in every transaction. Reporting directly to our VP of Controller, you’ll be at the heart of improving customer satisfaction while driving operational excellence.

Responsibilities

βœ… Lead Refund Excellence: Manage refund processes, mediate disputes, and ensure timely resolutions.
πŸ“Š Report & Analyze: Develop and present key metrics and findings to leadership in an impactful way.
🀝 Collaborate with Clients & Partners: Work with external clients, arbitrators, and third parties to solve complex refund-related issues.
πŸ› οΈ Optimize Processes: Proactively assess and enhance refund handling systems for efficiency and compliance.
πŸ“š Document & Audit: Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

πŸŽ“ Education & Experience:

  • College degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of compliance/refund management experience (IDR experience preferred).
  • Leadership experience is a plus!

πŸ’Ό Skills & Knowledge:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in refunds processing, collections, and the independent dispute resolution process.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerBI) and a clear understanding of company policies and relevant laws.
