This is a REMOTE position that will support mutiple states within our South Region.
The South Region Internal Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategic regional internal communication initiatives to engage and inform employees, foster a positive company culture, and align employees with the company's goals and objectives. This role will oversee regional employee communications, employee engagement programs, and executive communications, ensuring consistent messaging and alignment with regional and system priorities. The Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the region, associated markets, and with system communication teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with the business strategies throughout the region and adherence to system standards, practices, policies and ways of working.
