ModSquad has teamed up with one of the world's top music streaming platforms, and we're looking for energetic, bilingual Customer Support Representatives (Chinese/English) to bring the rhythm to our fully remote team!
What You’ll Do
Be the front line for music lovers around the globe! You'll:
Support customers via inbound messages in Chinese and English
Troubleshoot app and account issues with empathy and expertise
Help users get the most out of their music journey
Deliver upbeat, high-quality support that creates loyal fans

Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken at a business level)
A strong communicator and attentive listener
Tech-savvy and quick with digital tools
Experienced in multitasking (chatting with 3-5 users at a time)

Schedule & Commitment (Pacific Time)
Orientation (8 weeks, 40 hours/week):
Phase 1 (4 weeks): 4 AM - 1 PM
Phase 2 (4 weeks): Self-scheduled during available production hours
Available Production Hours:
Daily, 9 AM - 10 PM
Commitments:
Weekly: Minimum 25 hours, including 12 hours on weekends
Duration: 180 days (as needed by ModSquad)

Tech Requirements
Dedicated Windows 10+ laptop/desktop
Stable broadband internet (25 Mbps or faster)
8 GB RAM or more
Dual monitors highly recommended
Webcam and willingness to use it during orientation
Must install ModSquad security software and 2FA on your devices
Language Assessment
Shortlisted applicants will complete Chinese and English language assessments to verify fluency.
