Role Overview

We’re hiring a Remote Sales Representative to focus exclusively on cold calling and outreach. Your mission is to identify companies actively hiring tradespeople, find the right decision makers, and get them on the phone. If you can open doors and build interest, you’ll create recurring monthly income with every deal you close.

This is a commission only contract position (1099). You’ll have full independence to work how you choose. For the right person who consistently produces results, this role could evolve into a W-2 position with additional stability, growth and leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify companies in manufacturing, energy, construction, and logistics that are hiring trades professionals.
• Identify and connect with decision makers (owners, HR, operations leaders, hiring managers).
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to introduce J. Peace Recruiting and our subscription model.
• Effectively pitch the value of our flat-rate recruitment service and secure client commitments.

Qualifications

• Proven cold calling experience in B2B sales. Recruitment, staffing, or trades-related industries are a plus, but not required.
• Comfortable with high-volume outreach and rejection, persistence is your strength.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with busy decision-makers.
• Independent worker who thrives in a fully remote environment.
• Access to reliable internet, phone, and computer.
