Oracle Sales and Partner Academy (OSPA) is adding a dynamic and motivated Sales Enablement Facilitator to our team. About The Role:

This role offers the opportunity to have a positive impact on the success of our sales professionals. You will be primarily focused on facilitating in-person and virtual sales training for sales professionals and sales enablement teams. You will facilitate advanced content while functioning as a sales subject matter expert. This role works with professionals and helps them progress and grow their skills. You will directly influence their territory and account planning, deal progression, negotiations and provide an understanding of sales methodology.

OSPA is performance driven, and processes are in place to help you ramp up and succeed in this role. We have a tailored onboarding program that equips you with the knowledge and skills to deliver assigned courses with confidence and competence within the first 90 days on the job. Throughout your tenure, we will continue to invest in you and develop the breadth of your training expertise. Success in the role is measured by your ability to master new content, maintain high learner satisfaction scores, and contribute to the overall success of OSPA.

Desired ability and experience:

  • Knowledge of sales skills for IT solutions
  • 8+ years in technology/application sales experience
  • Ability to learn new content quickly and effectively
  • A growth mindset and passion for learning
  • Live in or close to Nashville, TN 

What sets you apart:

  • Oracle sales experience or knowledge of Oracle solutions
  • Experience using Zoom
  • Experience using MS Office
  • Ability to travel in 2022 (5-15%)
